THE FORMULA
X Meredith
The Formula combines H.I.I.T, Pilates, Functional Training and Barre methods in one 60 minute, beats driven class. The Formula X Meredith workout is split up into 4 sections: Warm-up/Arms, Thighs - targeting the larger muscle groups to rev up the heart-rate, Abs and finally Glutes.
Every class finishes with a stretch to lengthen the muscles and release tension.
The Formula was designed after Meredith was approached by professional athletes who suffered from injuries and ailments that prevented them from joining a typical workout class, but still wanted the intense conditioning. This class is zero impact, high intensity, and formulated to keep injury out and muscles strong and lean.
