The Formula x Meredith is a meticulously designed, 60-minute, low-impact workout that fuses the precision of Pilates, the burn of barre, the intensity of HIIT, and the intelligence of functional training—all driven by a curated beat that sets the pace, fuels your fire, and keeps your body moving with precision and power.

Every class is structured in four transformative phases:
Warm-up + Arms, Thighs, Abs, and Glutes—targeting large muscle groups to elevate the heart rate, sculpt lean lines, and ignite your inner strength. We finish with a signature stretch to lengthen the muscles, release tension, and restore balance.

Born out of necessity, The Formula was created when professional athletes and performers sought Meredith out—not for shortcuts, but for something smarter. Something powerful, restorative, and results-driven. This method meets your body where it is—and challenges it without breaking it.
