Service Description

Functional movement and strength with Rachel Feldman is a full body stretch and strengthening workout. This class encourages mind-body connection and personal body awareness, so that you are in control of your body and not vice versa. Using body weight as well as fabric resistance bands that range between 15 to 65 pounds to strengthen muscles, improve mobility and sculpt your physique . With special attention to breath and training the core muscles, this class leaves you feeling strong, energized, strengthened and stretched.
